Severe syndrome due to general motor deficiency.

Marked asymmetry during ambulation with abnormal placing of the right foot and consequent high load on the external metatarsus. This created an evident texture trasformed into a lesion due to the patient removal's attempt. Medication 2 times a week until the appearance of Stafilococco lugdunensis and Corynebacterium amycolatum infections, Systemic antibiotic therapy administration and treatment with Hyperoil®, OILY formulation, 2 times a week.

Regression of the infection and complete healing in 1 month.

Arteriopathy, Cardiopathy, Chronic kidney failure, non ambulant person 6 months old ulcer; O,6mm deep 5cmq surface; amputation stump with exposed bone.
Cleansing and granulation after 5 days; wound surface reduction after 42days and healing after 72 days.

Non lnsulin—dependent type II diabetes mellitus, modified foothold. Plantar ulcer due to pressure, 5mm deep and 3cmq surface. 6 months old ulcer aggravated by districtual distal thrombosis of the III foot finger and fistulation on the base of II-III and III-IV intermetatarsal space, with pain (VAS: 10).
Treated for 10 days in a row with gauzes soaked in Hyperoil® and afterwards treated every 2 days until the wound is completely healed Healing in 55 days.

The patient suffered from multiple vasculitic ulcers.
HYPEROIL® OILY formulation was used in a cavitary ulcer in direct communication with the astragalus—metatarsal articulation of the left foot.
The cavity slowly filled in, then closed completely with reepithelialization.

Arteriopathy, vascular surgical rehabilitation , C hepatitis, cardiopathy.
7 months old ulcer in left foot ( 0,3 mm deep, 20 cm2 surface).
7 months after surgical revascularization , healing is very poor.
5 months after the latest autologous transplant, the ulcer apparently superficial and cleansed, was showing an average secretion and a daily dressing change was necessary.
By using gauzes soaked in HYPEROlL®, the granulation tissue appeared after 14 days, the complete reepithelization after 77 days and healing after 120 days

Obese patient, post—thrombotic syndrome in the lower limbs.
Relapsing venous ulcer in the right ankle. It is present since about 6 months in spite of compression therapy with bandages and dressings.

Size: 1 cm X 1 cm, painful, moderate exudate with covered biofilm bottom.
Treatment with Hyperoil® OILY formulation and Hyperoil® GAUZE.
Multilayer compression bandage renewed 2 times per week.

Rapid regression of pain after the first Hyperoil® application.

After only one week the granulation tissue has replaced the most part of the biofilm.
Healing with eschar's formation in 101 days, then fell spontaneously leaving an epitelializated area.

Patient appears abdominal wall split. Multiple stomies have been made.
Skin transplant application failed. After surgical cleaning started the application of Hyperoil® OILY Formulation and GAUZES. After 3 weeks healing process continues.

Maxillofacial cancer treated with Hyperoil® spray gel.
Treatment repeated every 2 days.
